At The Uke House, all orders are processed next business day. During peak seasons such as Holidays, you might experience delays in the delivery schedule due to the carrier. We're grateful for your patience and understanding.
Shipping Rate
Shipping rates are on the rise. We will do our best to find you the best rates with the quickest delivery time.
Cancellation Or Modification
If you change your mind about your purchase, please send us an email at theukehouse@gmail.com, providing your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made. Your order is only able to be canceled or modified before the package is delivered to the carrier.
Estimate Time Of Arrival
When the order is shipped, a tracking link will be emailed to you so you can follow your package. If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. If your delivery is over the estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we will look into its location.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
The Uke House is not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address or returned to us for orders shipped to the wrong address due to a customer inputting the incorrect address.
Damaged During Shipping
If the order is damaged in shipping, please immediately take pictures of the packaging with the label, damage to the order, and then email them to theukehouse@gmail.com and we’ll sort it out with the carrier! Do not dispose of packing materials until the claim is resolved.

When you purchase something from The Uke House, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. This information is used for warranties, customer support and limited advertising. Your information is never given to a third party.

The Uke House website is hosted on Wix. They provide the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our ukuleles, products, and services to you. Your data is stored through Wix’s data storage, databases and the general Wix application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

Terms of Service
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 5 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will contact the manufacturer for detailed instructions. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
